This week's featured artists are Caitlynn Hanna and Jade Lamoreaux!
Caitlynn is an Inupiaq artist who makes prints, jewelry, and skin sews. She’ll be demonstrating printmaking and skin sewing techniques, and will have prints and jewelry for sale.
Jade is a relief printmaker. She’ll be demonstrating how she designs prints, transfers those designs onto blocks, hand-carves and then presses them onto paper! She’ll have wood block relief prints for sale, along with some screen prints.
Hours:
- Thursday, May 23rd: 5:30-8:30pm
- Friday, May 24th: 5:30-8:30pm
- Saturday, May 25th: 10:30am-1:30pm
